PayTracker Privacy Policy

Purpose of PayTracker

PayTracker helps ecommerce stores match ad clicks with confirmed orders and upload conversions to Google Ads and other ad platforms.

How PayTracker accesses, uses, stores, and shares Google user data

Access: Through Google OAuth, with customer consent, to Google Ads accounts needed for conversion upload.
Use: Only to configure and send conversion / offline conversion data for the customer's own advertising measurement inside PayTracker.
Store: OAuth tokens and related configuration are stored securely for as long as the customer uses the Google Ads connection.
Share: Google user data is not sold. Data is shared only with Google services the customer authorizes, and infrastructure providers that host PayTracker (for example AWS/Cloudflare), under contractual controls.

PayTracker’s use of Google user data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Other personal data

PayTracker may also process customer operator contact information and ecommerce click/order identifiers provided by the customer’s store integrations for conversion matching.
